摘　　要： 针对中等收入者比重过低的现状及原因,提出了扩大中等收入者比重的思路为:深化改革,推动区域经济协调发展,加快经济结构调整,大力发展新兴产业,减轻农民负担,加大农业投入,改革户籍管理制度,取消就业歧视政策,推进收入分配制度的改革,完善社会保障体系。 Aiming at the present situation of the low proportion of the medium income population and the reason, this paper puts forwards the ways of enlarging the proportion of the medium income population, i.e., deepening reform; developing area economy coordinately; accelerating the adjustment of economic structure; developing new industry; lightening farmers’ burden; enlarging agricultural input; reforming management system of household register; eliminating the discriminatory policy of employment; promoting the reform of income and distribution regulation; improving social guarantee system.
