摘　　要： 英语新闻报道是一种功能性强的文体,其常用词语种类多样,特征明显。文章例证分析了新闻报道常用词语的语用功能和理解翻译要点,进而提出了一些学习建议。 English news reporting is one of the language styles with commonly-used expressions functioning effectively. Based on lexical pragmatics, this paper mainly analyzes the expressions and key points of their understanding and translation by example and presents some practical suggestions for study.
