摘　　要： 区域活动具有自由、开放、个性化的特征.本文在分析区域活动本质特征的基础上,探讨幼儿园区域活动实践的现实困境,发现当前幼儿园区域活动实践存在活动区设置片面追求形式,活动区整体安排与儿童个性化选择存在冲突,活动区材料投放缺乏适宜性和系统性,活动区空间缺乏灵活性和开放性以及教师指导缺乏对儿童自主学习的支持等问题.为提升幼儿园区域活动质量,建议幼儿园应当以儿童发展为导向,科学规划活动区设置;实施开放式、弹性化的区域管理;系统化投放适宜的区域活动材料;提升对儿童自主学习支持与指导的有效性. Regional activities have certain characteristics as freedom,openness,and individualization.Based on the analysis of the essential characteristics of regional activities,this paper explores the realistic predicaments of the practice and found some problems:the design of the activity areas one-sided pursuit of form;the arrangement of the area has contlict with children's individual needs;the materials for the activity areas are not quite appropriatc or systematic;activity arcas are not flexible or open enough;and teachers’guidance does not provide sufficient support for children's autonomous learning.To improve the quality of kindergarten regional activities,it is suggested that kindergarten should be guided by children's development and the design of the activity areas should be scientific;management should be open and flexible;materials for the activity areas should be systematic;and kindergarten should improve the efficiency of their support and guidance for children's autonomous learning.
