摘　　要： 一百多年来的留学活动有几次信息流变,作为中国开放文化的组成部分,也是知识人面向海洋思维的精神载体。在中国城市化进程的加速和文化人生态转型的方面,留学生文学的知识境界和海派气息具有沟通地域文化的桥梁意义。 Oversea studying activities have been made over the past hundred years as currents of information flow. They have served as a spiritual carrier of the intelligentsia＇s ocean-orientation as well as part of Chinese people＇s opening to the outside world. The paper argues that oversea studying generates not only new professional specialties, but new life styles, new ocean-oriented subcultures, and even new ecological interfaces. The literature of oversea studying, therefore, has taken effect in urbanization and the transformation of culture-ecological structure, functioning as a bridge to link up human communication between regions.
