摘　　要： 社会舆论对于道德的价值在于其作为文化环境、外在约束力量推动道德认知、调节、监督等功能的实现。网络舆论作为舆论的新形态,使舆论传播方式、舆论力量和舆论性质都发生了改变。舆论的网络化使道德认知更真实、道德调节更全面、道德监督更有力。网络舆论在道德中的运用为道德效果的提高开启了一个新路向。 Public opinion,a form of cultural environment and outward guiding force,presents its moral significance when contributing to the realization of moral knowing,moral mediation,and moral supervision. Nevertheless,network opinion emerging as a new kind of public opinion has definitely changed the opinions' nature,the force and the ways of communication. Due to the fact that network opinion has made moral knowing more real,moral medication more comprehensive,and moral supervision more powerful,network opinion and its implication in morality will be rightly judged as a new way of developing moral efficiency.
