摘　　要： 欧美发达国家在职业教育的培养模式及能力培养等方面，有许多值得借鉴之处。我们需要借鉴国外职业教育模式，结合我国职业教育特色，从能力本位层面上认识人才培养目标的内涵，优化培养方案，加强校企紧密合作，构建特色技能考核体系。 We should learn from developed countries in the training model of vocational education and capacity -building, and combine with characteristics of our vocational education, understand the personnel training objectives connotation of vocational education from the Competence- based, optimize training plan, strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises, construct evaluation systems of competence based training.
