摘　　要： 兼职教师队伍建设对高级实用型人才的培养十分重要。美国对兼职教师的聘用和管理十分严格,但是我国的兼职教师队伍建设存在着许多问题,因此,政府应该从政策和教学评估等方面对兼职教师队伍建设加强引导;高等院校切实加强兼职教师管理,建立一支理论教学水平高、实践应用能力强的兼职教师队伍,为培养高级实用型人才的人才培养目标和要求服务。 It is very important to construct part-time teachers for training senior practical talents.The employment and management of part-time teachers are very strict in the United States,while there are many problems on the part-time teachers in China.So the government should strengthen guidance in the evaluation and the policy,higher school should strengthen the management of part-time teachers,as well.Establishing a part-time teaching staff of high level and abilities in the theory teaching and practical application is to serve the purpose of achieving the training objectives and requirements of senior practical talents.
