摘　　要： 在高职百万扩招背景下,生源更加多元,学生的需求也更加多样。为提高技术技能人才培养的针对性、适应性和实效性,根据高职扩招生源的特点,分析高职人才培养的困境,提出相应对策。高职院校存在师资力量不足、人才培养方案缺乏差异性、混合式教学实施难度大等问题,难以满足不同生源的多样化学习需求。为此,高职院校应通过引导教师分流与转型、制订差异化人才培养方案、优化混合式教学模式等对策,全面深化职业教育改革。 In the context of enrollments in higher vocational colleges grew by one million,the source of students is more diverse,and the needs of students are more diverse.In order to improve the pertinence,adaptability and effectiveness of technical and skilled personnel training,according to the characteristics of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the difficulties of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.There are some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as the shortage of teachers,the lack of differences in talent training programs,and the difficulty in implementing blended teaching,which are difficult to meet the diverse learning needs of different students.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should comprehensively deepen the reform of vocational education by guiding the diversion and transformation of teachers,formulating differentiated talent training programs,and optimizing the mixed teaching mode.
