摘　　要： 共识是道德之为道德的基本前提,是道德合法性的终极依据,因此,道德天然是"共识的道德"。"道德的共识"之所以成为当今社会的现代性焦虑,是因为将社会的"道德"困境误读为"道德共识"困境,将道德共识的"改组"简单理解为道德共识的"分化"。缓解道德共识的焦虑,必须达成道德共识的共识,即通过道德妥协以实现不同质态的道德共识之共存,承认有限共识以实现道德共识的最大化。 Consensus is the premise of morality and the ultimate basis of moral legitimacy. Therefore,morality is naturally the morality of consensus. The reason that the consensus of morality becomes a modern social anxiety is that the dilemma of the consensus of morality is mistakenly regarded as the dilemma of morality of the society and the reorganization of consensus of morality is mistakenly conceived of the differentiation of moral consensus. To ease the anxiety of moral consensus,it is necessary to reach the consensus of moral consensus. That is,the coexistence of the different types of the consensus of morality can be reached by moral compromising and the maximum moral consensus can be available by admitting the limited consensus.
