摘　　要： 随着现代化办公设备的普及和应用,特别是校园网的开通,使文书、档案管理工作向文档一体化方向发展已成为一种客观要求和必然趋势。但目前仍然存在一些制约文档一体化管理的因素,需要采取相应的策略加以解决。这些策略包括改革管理体制、统一标准及规范、提高文档管理人员的综合素质、保持工作环节的连续性,以推进实施文档一体化管理。 With the popularization and application of modern office equipment,especially the launching of campus networks,it has become an objective requirement and an absolute tendency to shift from word processing and file management to the integration of filing.However,there still exist some factors that hinder the process of the integration of filing.In order to propel this progress,it is necessary to take the following measures:reformation of management system,unification of standards and prescriptions,enhancement of comprehensive qualities of file clerks,and guarantee of the continuity of management.
