摘　　要： “数量名主语句”相当于“无定 NP主语句”,它是汉语中的一种重要句式。本文对这种句式的 10种结构形式进行了细致的描写 ,剖析了“数量”短语加结构助词“的”修饰名词的各种情况及出现条件 ,讨论了这种句式的主要句法类型。作者发现 ,数量名短语也可以作形容词谓语句的主语 。 The numeral noun subjective sentence refers to non certain NP subjective sentence, which is an important general sentence structure in Chinese. The essay has a detailed classification on the ten forms of structure of this kind of sentence structure and a analysis each practice in numeral phrase plus structure auxiliary and the condition of its appearance. The main types of sentence structure has also been discussed. The writer finds that the numeral noun phrase can also serve as the subject of sentence of attributive predicate,which is a new supplement to the research conducted before.
