摘　　要： 网络信息环境对图书馆文献资源的建设产生了前所未有的影响,它使文献资源建设的来源、布局、结构发生了变化.对此,图书馆要转变观念,加强馆藏文献特色建设及其对网络信息资源的开发利用.
