摘　　要： 经济全球化趋势下,国际货物买卖日益繁荣,其中涉及的法律纠纷更是纷繁复杂,尤其是在金融风暴的阴影下,国际货物买卖合同的风险承担和防范问题越来越重要。因此,亟须从法律上对履行国际货物买卖合同的风险承担和防范作更深入的探究。 Under economic globalization trend, the international goods business prospers day by day. The legal dispute is becoming more and more numerous and complicated, particularly under the shadow of financial turmoil So the prevention of the risks in international goods sales is becoming important. Therefore, a deep exploration is needed for undertaking and guarding against the risk in fullfilling the international goods business contract from the legal point of view.
