摘　　要： 论述了构建学习型图书馆的必要性,分析了学习型组织的特征,针对我国图书馆的现状,提出了构建学习型图书馆的具体措施。 This paper discusses on the necessity of establishing the learning-type library, analyzes on the features of the learning-type organization, and in the light of the present situation of our country's library, puts forward some concrete measures for establishing the learning-type library.
