摘　　要： 分析了中小型图书馆个性化信息服务存在的思想重视不足、投入不足、读者个性化需求不明显等问题,探讨了中小型图书馆个性化信息服务的对策,包括思想重视、网络保障、强化宣传、优化人员结构等。 This paper analyzes some problems existing in the personalized information services of medium and small-sized libraries such as the lack of ideological attention,the insufficient investment,and the unobvious personalized demands of readers,etc.,and probes into some countermeasures for medium and small-sized libraries to provide personalized information service,which include the paying ideological attention,providing network guarantee,strengthening propaganda,and optimizing personnel structure,etc.
