摘　　要： 农民收入增长缓慢是当前我国经济面临的突出问题,农业人口非农化和城镇化严重滞后是制的农民增收的深层次原因。要提高农民收入,必须广开门路,多渠道地加快农村富余劳动力的转移进程。 The Slowly increase of Peasants' income is the conspicuous problem in our country. The deep reasons of restricting peasants' income are the no-agriculturazation and citization of the agricultural population. In order to increase Peasants' income, we should open all avenues for people of talant, speed up transferring the spare labour force in many ways.
