摘　　要： 近几年,在经历了高校扩召带来的生存压力和升格高职带来的中专数量的大量减少,中专图书馆的发展遭到大的挫折。本文对新世纪图书馆的发展存在的问题进行了梳理,希望为新世纪中专图书馆的发展找到一些对策。 In recent years, universities have expanded recruiting students and numbers of secondary schools have upgraded, which result in the number of secondary school reduces in a large amount, development of the library of special secondary school suffers great setback. This text combs the existing problems of library development in the new century, hopes to find some way- outs.
