摘 要: 本文运用文献资料法、专家调查法、微格教学法等研究方法对教学技能分解训练的理论基础进行初步探讨,明确篮球课堂教学技能的基本内容和目标,利用微格教学训练提高篮球教师的教学能力,研究表明,采用分解训练的方法对于教师的教学能力有实际的应用价值,有利于提高普通高校篮球教师的教学技能。 By means of literature reviews,investigations by experts and micro-teaching method, a preliminary research is carried out to study the theoretical basis of the decomposition-training of teaching skills, to clarify the basic contents and objectives of the teaching skills in the classroom of basketball so as to improve the teachers' teaching skills by using micro-teaching training method. The study shows that it is of practical value to adopt decomposltlon-trainlng method for teachers' teaching ability and it is most beneficial for improving the teaching skills of university teachers of basketball.
