摘　　要： 着力促进女性人才发展是十八大提出来更好地实现人才强国战略的一项重要而又紧迫的战略任务。高职女性院校人才培养模式要有国际视野、国家视野、区域视野和学院视野;要培养具有坚定正确的政治素质、深厚的文化素质和女性特质、精湛的专业技术素质、健康的身体素质和心理素质的女性人才;要通过育人的学院途径、校企合作、订单培养、委托代培等途径不断提升育人水平。 The promotion of the development of female talents is one of the strategic tasks of China. The training Pattern of the i female talents in women＇s college should be established in international vision, national vision, regional vision and college vision. Female talents should be cultivated into ones with a firm and correct political quality, cultural quality and femininity, profound professional technical quality, healthy physical and mental qualities. Education level should be improved through the education college, school-enterprise cooperation, order training, as well as entrusted training.
