摘　　要： 我国农业人口占到总人口的近80％，要解决好农业、农村问题，首先必须解决好农民问题。解决好农民问题的关键是要依靠教育全面提升农村人口的素质。加强农村女性教育关系到农民素质的提高，因而具有战略性意义。本文从农村女性教育在“三农”问题中的地位、农村女性教育在“三农”问题中的重要性和积极创造条件保障农村女性的教育以促进其发展等三个方面阐述了农村女性教育在解决“三农”问题中的意义及其作用。 China＇ s agricultural population accounts for nearly 80 percent of the total population. To resolve the problem of agriculture and rural issues, emphasis should first be put on the problem of farmers, and the key to the farmers＇ problem is to enhance their quality by education . The improvement of rural women＇ s quality through education will naturally lead to the improvement of the quality of rural people generation after generation and thus of strategic importance. This article discusses the significance and the role of rural women＇ s education in the settlement of ＂Three Rural＂ issues on the basis of analyzing the status and the importance of rural women＇ s education in the ＂three rural＂ issues and suggestions are put forward to actively create conditions to ensure the rural women＇s education and their development.
