摘　　要： 高职学生在英语课堂的学习过程中普遍存在焦虑现象,这种焦虑现象极大地影响着课堂教学效果。高职院校的学生因为基础差、虚荣心强、爱面子等因素,所以对英语学习的焦虑程度比普通院校的学生严重得多,教学难度也更大一些。文章着重分析了高职学生英语学习焦虑的成因,并根据当前的课堂教学及学生学英语的状况,提出了一些缓解英语课堂学习焦虑、提高课堂教学效果的对策。 It is a common phenomenon that higher vocational college students suffer from anxiety in learning English in class,which negatively affects the teaching result.Because of such factors as the poor foundation of English,personal vanities,being afraid of losing face,polytechnic colleges students have more severe anxiety than those in common colleges,which leads to more difficulty in teaching.This paper analyzes the causes for the anxiety in English learning and,based on the current situation of English classroom teaching and students’ English learning,proposes a number of countermeasures and suggestions to mitigate learning anxiety in English classroom and improve classroom teaching effect.
