摘　　要： 网络信息技术与数字图书馆的迅速发展,对图书馆员产生了前所未有的冲击与挑战。在网络环境下,图书馆员的角色定位与素质要求将有很大的变化。本文结合实际情况,论述了图书馆员如何进行角色转变与素质重建,以适应网络环境下行业发展的需要。 Modern communication technique and network-oriented libraries’construction have brought Library new changes and characteristics. The librarian should realize the change of role if he wants to adapt himself to the new environment. This article analyzes the present situation of the Librarians and explains how to improve librarians’quality in an attempt to meet the need of the information service under network environment.
