摘　　要： 本文以D省共青团构建枢纽型组织为例,描述共青团借助社会建设的政策契机,推动与民间社会组织的竞争与合作,形成群团组织竞合式镶嵌于社会组织的格局。经验案例表明,群团组织是政府和民间社会组织互动的中介,依托政策企业家的推动以及与民间社会组织的竞合关系,发挥国家整合社会的功能,体现了统合主义的实践逻辑。本案例研究为考察中国的国家与社会的关系提出了新思路。 Taking the Communist Youth League's construction in organization of hub type in D province as an example,this paper points out that the communist youth league has promoted its competition and cooperation with folk social organization through policy opportunity of social construction,and hence forms the structure of mass organization's competitive-cooperative embeddedness in social organization.According to empirical cases,mass organization could act as intermediary in interaction between government and folk social organization;through promotion of policy entrepreneurs and competitivecooperative relationship with folk social organization,mass organization could perform function of integrating society by state and hence embody practical logic of corporatism.This kind of case study has presented new ideas for observing relationship between state and society in China.
