摘　　要： 目标问题导向的人才培养体系,能够精准对接社会对人才的需求。从优化人才培养目标、优化管理机构办事作风、优化人才培养方案、优化课程模式等方面进行教学改革,同时兼顾强化专业能力培养、强化创新能力提升。通过教学评价体系和保障体系的优化,进一步完善目标问题导向的人才培养体系,对学生减负、提升人才出口质量、提升高校办学质量具有积极的促进作用。 The goal problem oriented talent training system can accurately match the needs of the society for talents.In this paper,teaching reform is carried out from the aspects of optimizing personnel training objectives,optimizing management institutions'work style,optimizing personnel training programs,optimizing curriculum models,etc.,while simultaneously strengthening professional ability training and strengthening innovation ability.Through the optimization of teaching evaluation system and security system,further improving the goal problem oriented talent training system will play a positive role in reducing the burden on students,improving the quality of talent export and improving the quality of university running.
