摘　　要： 罗恺为嘉祐二年贡举的进士第三人。从长期未得到重视的罗恺墓志中可大致重构这位平民出身的岭南进士的生平:他早年曾任岭南假版官,锁厅应举得中高科;两度在面临进入政府中心时铩羽而归;他因同僚、同年等关系与当时的名相如韩琦、曾布等有所过从,因同乡关系与一些岭南学者也有往来。他的经历反映了仁宗至神宗朝的假版官、锁厅试、殿试、馆职试、召对等制度的实际执行层面;以罗恺及他的墓志参与者的为政特点及仕宦选择为典型个案,亦似可勾勒出北宋中后期另一类士大夫的形象——他们往往由于失意于朝堂而很少纳入史家视野,但却活跃于州郡,且很可能是北宋后期地方环境的构建与守护者。 This paper studies Luo kai in the light of his epitaph,a little- used material relative to its worth of historical information. Luo was a first class Jinshi in the second year of the Jia- you period but never entered the core of the court. His life story indicates certain less known aspects of the operations of Imperial system of civil officials,and the interactions among some special political elites in the volatile reforming days in late Northern Song Dynasty. They were probably the builders and defenders of the local situation.
