摘　　要： 目前,我国在教育督导理论和实践方面对督导工作的专业化问题十分关注。根据教育督导工作的专业性质和职能范围,仅将其专业化限于提升人员的专业化水平是不够的,我们还需要注重教育督导发展专业技术、强化专业权力和使服务的专业化。 Educational upervision system is the basic system of education in China. The educational supervision is professional work. At present, educational supervision theory and practice pay much attention to the professionalization of supervisors, but professionalization of personnel is not enough according to professional nature and important function of educational supervision. We also need to lay stress on the professionalization of technology, power and service , which has become the inherent requirement of educational supervision.
