摘　　要： 工学结合人才培养模式下,高职院校的思政课教育教学将迎来新的改革机遇,思政课教师也将面临崭新的挑战。高职院校应建设一支符合工学结合人才培养模式要求的思政课教师队伍,切实提高高职院校思政课的教学实效性,充分发挥思政课教师在培养高素质技能型人才过程中的育人作用。 Under the mode of combining work with study, the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges will usher in new opportunities for reform, and teachers of Ideological and political course will face new challenges.
