摘　　要： 目前,对中国近代学术史的研究还没有跳出官方档案的窠臼,所总结的中国近代学术谱系、学术思想、学术精神,梳理的中国近代学术的特点、学术演变发展的脉络,并不能完全涵括中国近代学术的全部实况。中国近代私人文献中蕴藏着众多珍贵史料,其中以日记、书信、年谱等为主体的私人文献类型丰富,数量众多,它们对建构中国近代学术谱系、解读近代学术的特点和精神具有重要的价值。私人文献是我们今后进一步深入研究中国近代学术史非常有效的资料依据,它能极大地弥补官方文献在记录的真实性和丰富性方面的不足。 Modern private documents contains rich treasure. The current research on the academic history of modern Chinese did not go out of the stereotype of official archives,summarying modern academic system,academic,academic spirit,combing the modern academic characteristics,academic development context,did not completely covered the modern academic live. In the historical literature of modern academic history,Private document type such the diary,letters,chronology,as the main body,is rich and huge,they possess an important value for us to construct the modern academic pedigree,the interpretation of modern academic characteristics and spirit. Private literature is a effective way for us to further studying the modern academic history,It can greatly make up the lack of official documents in the authenticity and the rich of the record.
