摘　　要： 金融聚集是金融发展到高级阶段的必然产物,而金融CBD则是金融聚集的具体体现。近年来,国内许多城市把中央商务区的建设看作是一个城市发展水平的象征和体现,它不仅是众多高端产业聚集的空间载体,也是拉动区域经济增长的重要力量。广州建设全国区域性金融中心,机遇与挑战并存。如何加速金融聚集,促进金融CBD的建设发展,对城市金融业的长远发展起着至关重要的作用。本文从金融地理学的角度出发,研究广州金融机构的空间分布演变情况,结合金融业的发展现实,探讨广州金融聚集与金融CBD建设发展思路,并提出相应的对策建议。 Financial agglomeration is the inevitable product when finance develops to the advanced stage, and the financial CBD is a concrete manifestation of the financial agglomeration. In recent years, many cities considered central business district （CBD） as a symbol of the degree for urban development, because it is not only the vector of advanced industries gathered, but also the important force of regional economy growth. To construct a regional financial center, Guangzhou faced both opportunities and challenges. It is vital to know how to speed up the financial gathering so as to promote the construction of financial CBD. This article tries to study the spatial distribution of Guangzhou financial institutions based on the view of financial geography, combined with practical development of the financial industry, and also discuss Guangzhou financial accumulation and CBD construction to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
