摘 要: 影响教师信息化领导力生成的因素是复杂的,近年来,受到越来越多学者的关注。有的从宏观角度研究,分析政府政策的影响、学校制度结构的约束和学校文化背景的影响;也有的从微观角度分析教师自身的动力因素影响,但后者的研究并不全面且不够完善。通过借助勒温的场动力理论,从教师自身动力因素、学校制度结构和教师外在动力因素三方面着手,对教师信息化领导力的生成动力因素进行全面的分析,并提出提升教师信息化领导力的策略。 The factors affecting the generation of teachers' informatization leadership are complicated, which more and more researchers have focused on in recent years. From the macro perspective, there are impacts of government policies, school organiza- tional structure constraint and school culture. From the micro perspective, teachers' internal dynamic is a factor, but the research on this field is still not rich. The paper uses K. Lewin's environmental theory to analyze the cause of teachers' informatization leader- ship, which has three aspects: teachers' internal dynamic, school organizational structure and teachers' external dynamic. Further- more, the paper puts forward strategies for improving teachers' informatization leadership.
