摘　　要： 我国加入WTO后 ,高等教育观念上发生了重大变化 ,融进了市场化、国际化和多元化的新观念 ;人才培养、学科专业设置和科研方向等方面都进行了一系列的调整。另外 ,在出版业方面 ,图书分销权逐渐开放 ,图书市场的准入 ,对出版业产生的影响及变化 ,促使并要求高校图书馆图书采访工作应该突破传统的模式 ,采取以现购、预订和网上订购相结合的多渠道采访模式 。 The ideal of higher education has been changed deeply as our country entered WTO.Mercerization,internationalization and multiplicity were added.A series of adjustment has been taken place in training person with ability,setting the specialty and the directions of scientific research.In addition,in publishing industry the admission of book market has been opened.It changed the publishing industry and also changed the acquisition in university library.The multiple acquisitions model included buy,booking,booking in internet must be taken to adapt to the change of joining WTO.
