摘 要: 在企业日益重视承担社会责任的时代背景下,如何通过塑造企业伦理文化,把企业高层领导的社会责任观传递到普通员工,这是企业社会责任研究领域的一个被长期忽视的重要话题。文章基于社会学习理论的视角,用实证研究的方法来探讨企业变革型领导的社会责任观传导至基层员工的作用机制。研究结果表明,变革型领导及其四个维度(德行垂范、愿景激励、领导魅力和个性化关怀)均对员工社会责任态度有显著性的正向影响,企业伦理文化在变革型领导和员工社会责任态度关系之间起到中介作用。文末还对该研究结果的理论和管理实践意义进行了讨论。 Under the background that enterprises are more and more valuing their carrying-on of social responsibilities, it has become a vital but long-ignored issue that how senior administrators could convey their view on social responsibilities to employees through ethical culture shaping.The article, based on social learning theory, empirically explored the impact of transformational leadership on employees ' attitudes toward social responsibility. Results showed that four dimensions of transformational leadership( virtue, inspirational motivation, charisma Influence and individualized consideration) have significant influence on employees ' attitudes toward social responsibility. Moreover, corporate ethical culture plays a partial mediation role between transformational leadership and employees ' social responsibility attitudes. Theoretical and practical implications are also discussed in the article.
