摘 要: 2011年我国试点推行教师资格定期注册制度,其中对教师继续教育的新规定,引起了人们的高度关注。在"定期注册"制度下,审视目前的教师继续教育实践主要存在培训学时管理不规范、继续教育评价重量不重质、培训结果运用缺乏严肃性等问题。针对这些问题,需要进一步完善继续教育制度,要规范培训学时管理,优化继续教育评价机制,加快继续教育制度与教师退出机制有机结合。 In 2011 our country launched a pilot project on the system of regular registration of teacher qualification , which set new rules for teachers ’ continuing education and attracted great attention .But from the perspective of the implementation of regular registration system , such problems as credit management being not standardized , the evaluation mechanism being unreasonable and the application of training results being lack of rigor and seriousness still exist .In response to these problems , the system of continuing education needs to be further improved , the management of training time needs to be standardized , the evaluation mech-anism of the continuing education needs to be optimized , and also the system of continuing education and the withdrawal mechanism for teachers need to be better integrated .
