摘 要: 教学研究是提高教师素质,使教师从"教书匠"走向名师和专家学者的有效手段。然而,现实中教师教学研究的目的、过程、方法和结果的失范使教学研究异化。为此,需要对教师的教学研究重新给以合理的定位,激发教师研究的积极性,创造良性的研究氛围,提供同伴、专家支持,并进一步规范职前教育研究课程,以促进其健康发展。 The teaching research is an effective means of improving the quality of teachers and making teachers become masters and scholars instead of teaching artisan.However,in reality,the purpose,the course methods and the results of teaching research is nonstandard,which makes the teaching research catabolized.Therefore,we need to give a reasonable re-positioning of teaching research,stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers on researching,create a healthy research atmosphere,provide peer,expert support and specification of pre-vocational education courses to promote their healthy development.
