摘 要: 通过自编师范生教师身份认同问卷,对500名师范生进行问卷调查,同时辅以必要的访谈收集数据。研究发现,目前师范生教师身份认同总体水平不高,具有不同人口学特征的师范生在教师身份认同及各维度上都存在差异,女生的教师身份认同明显好于男生;体艺专业师范生好于文、理科生;大一、大四师范生好于大二、大三师范生。藉由调查研究结论,提出了改革师范生招生考试制度、提升教师职业的专业性、提高师范生的教学效能感、加强师范生职业生涯指导等建议。 This study investigates 500 preservice teachers by the self questionnaire and interviews. From the analysis of research data, it found that, at present, the overall level of preservice teachers' identity is not high.There are Statistically significant differences on different demographic characteristics of the preservice teachers' than boys; Sports、art students better than bachaler of arts and identity. The preservice teachers' identity of whom are girls better science. Freshman and senior normal students better than the sophomore ,junior. By research findings, it proposes that we should reform the college admission and examination system, strengthen the professionalism of the teaching profession,improve the sense of teaching efficacy, strengthen the occupation career guidance.
