摘　　要： 在基于前人对于技术能力的结构要素和技术能力演化的研究之上,选择集群企业的技术能力作为研究对象,从企业内部,探讨企业技术能力所包含的要素及其对企业技术能力演化的影响;从企业外部,将企业集聚效应作为调节变量纳入企业技术能力要素对技术能力演化的影响关系中,并基于此构建了集群企业的技术能力演化模型。 In this paper,the author chooses clustered firms as a study object based on previous researches of the structure and evolution of technological competence(TC).On the one hand,from the inside of a firm,the elements of TC is defined and their influence on the evolution of TC is studied.On the other,the moderation effects of cluster effect on the evolution of TC is explored from outside of the firm.Finally the evolution model of clustered firms' TC is built up.
