摘　　要： 随着经济结构转型和农村产业结构的调整,农村经济活动的参与主体出现明显的性别分化,农村妇女成为农业生产的主体。理论和实践表明,在市场利益的驱动下,经济发展往往并不必然导致弱势群体的最终受益。面对农村产业结构调整和还将继续调整这一必然趋势,农村女性如何提高适应能力,发挥农业生产的主体作用已成为理论研究和政策建设无法回避的问题。本文试图通过广东农村产业结构演变和农村女性适应能力的实证考察,揭示影响农村女性适应能力的有关因素,据此,对如何提高农村女性的适应能力提出政策建议。 In the wake of the reshaping of economic Structure and the readjustment of industrial structure in rural areas, there has occurred a conspicuous gender disintegration as regards the main participant in rural economic activity with rural women becoming the main player in agricultural production. It has been proved, in theory and in practice as well, that, driven by market interests, economic development will not necessarily benefit the disadvantaged group in the end. Faced with the readjustment of rural industrial structure and the inevitable trend toward a continued readjustment, theory researchers and policy formulators have felt compelled to answer the question of how to enhance rural women's adaptability and enable them to properly play their role as the main player in agricultural production. Through a positivist survey of the change of industrial structure in Guangdong's rural areas and the adaptability of rural women, this essay seeks to reveal the factors affecting the adaptability of rural women, complete with some policy propositions on how to enhance their adaptability.
