摘 要: 在文献回顾的基础上提出研究假设,构建了高管团队交互记忆系统、自反性对战略一致性的影响研究模型,面向企业高管团队通过问卷调查的方式搜集数据,以389份有效问卷为样本进行实证研究,结果表明:高管团队交互记忆系统中的团队专长对团队自反性具有正向促进作用;团队自反性一方面对战略认知一致性具有正向促进作用,另一方面对战略目标一致性的达成也能够产生积极影响;高管团队交互记忆系统中的团队专长对战略一致性具有正向促进作用,团队信任和团队协调则分别对战略认知一致性和战略目标一致性具有积极影响。 This paper gave research hypotheses, built a theoretical model for the effects of TMT transactive memory system and team reflexivity on strategic consistency based on the literature review, used the way of questionnaire survey to collect data toward TMT, carried out an empirical study with the samples of 389 effective questionnaires. The results showed that: team expertise of TMT transactive memory system has a positive effect on team reflexivity; team reflexivity has positive effects on not only strategic cognitive consistency but also strategic objective consistency;team expertise of TMT transactive memory system has a positive effect on strategic consistency, team trust and team coordination respectively have positive effects on both strategic cognitive consistency and strategic objective consistency.
