摘　　要： 公私组织二分法是公共行政学者使用的最基本组织分类法。在组织和管理研究领域,公私组织二分法遭到了理论与现实的困难。但是,公私组织二分法有着重要的行政学意义,公私组织二分法有助于分析公共组织的特性、界定公私管理的可通约性以及政府与市场的边界。 Being the most universal taxonomy about organization applied by administrative scholars, the dichotomy of public and private organizations has been facing to theoretical and practical trouble in those research fields of organization and management. However, the dichotomy has its great significance in administrative science; it is convenient to analyze the characteristics of public institutions, to delimit the accommodativeness of public and private management as well as the boundary between government and market.
