摘　　要： 在庭审问话中,对犯罪构成要件的构建是公诉人实现其控诉功能的关键,也是公诉人选择讯问语言的重要参照。本文以Langacker的典型事件模型为理论框架,结合Ungerer＆Schmid对视角与焦点之间关系的阐释,参照Talmy句法分析过程中的交际观,探讨公诉人讯问中的信息突显与实现控诉功能之间的关系。研究表明,公诉人讯问语言中的视角选择与焦点突显均围绕犯罪构成要件展开,是公诉人实现控诉功能而采取的重要语言策略。 In courtroom interrogations,the construction of constitutive elements of crime is the key to the realization of the prosecutorial function of prosecutors and the basis on which prosecutors＇ interrogative language is chosen.Based on Langacker＇s framework of Canonical Event Model,Ungerer Schmid＇s enlightening explanation of the relation between perspective and focus,and Talmy＇s communicative perspective in the syntactic analysis of sentence,this study aims to reveal the correlative relation between information prominence and the realization of prosecutors＇ prosecutorial function.The findings indicate that the choice of perspective and salience of focus in prosecutors＇ interrogation center around the construction of constitutive elements of crime.This is an important language strategy used by prosecutors to realize their prosecutorial function.
