摘 要: 近年来,以习近平为核心的党中央提出构建人类命运共同体的理念,务求与世界各国携手建立共享共赢共利的世界。命运共同体概念是新世界主义理论的核心,构建人类命运共同体的理念是中国对西方世界主义理论体系的系统性回应。中国的新世界主义通过中华文明中的“和”文化及关系文化特质,为理论的现实性提供基础,同时传承及创新天下主义的去中心化思想,使中国与世界的关系在论述中得以重构。提倡基于经济同盟为考量的世界民族协作方针,亦使新世界主义摆脱全球利益与国家利益间相互对立的局面,提高世界各国在全球治理过程中的参与性,为社会变革带来内在动力。新世界主义体现出追求全球新秩序的理论超越性,从而使达致世界大同的理想成为可能。 In recent years,President Xi Jinping and the leaders of the country put forward the idea of building a community of human destiny,hoping to build a win⁃win and mutual benefit world together with all the other countries.The concept of destiny community is the core of Chinese neo⁃cosmopolitanism theory and China’s systematic response to the theoretical system of western cosmopolitanism.Chinese neo⁃cosmopolitanism provides the basis for the reality of the theory through the“harmony”culture and relationship culture in Chinese civilization,and inherits and innovates the idea of de⁃centralization from the philosophy of“Tianxia”(land under heaven),so as to reconstruct the relationship between China and the world in the discussion.Advocating the principle of world ethnic cooperation based on economic alliance also enables neo-cosmopolitanism to break free from the contradiction between global and national interest,enhances the participation of the countries around the world in the process of global governance,and infuses intrinsic motivation into social changes.Neo-cosmopolitanism reflects the theoretical transcendence of pursuing a new global order,thus making it possible to achieve the ideals of world harmony.
