摘 要: 以轴套为例,详细分析了轴套加工工艺路线及技术要求,阐述了轴套钻夹具结构设计要点及工作过程。确定了轴套钻夹具定位方案,合理选择了定位元件,对轴套钻夹具定位误差和导向元件尺寸及偏差进行了计算,设计了夹紧机构及定位键。实践证明,该钻夹具操作简单,实用效果好,能确保轴套加工质量,为同类零件钻夹具结构设计提供参考。 Taking the shaft sleeve as an example, analyzes the process route and technical requirements of the shaft sleeve, and expatiates the structural design and working process of the shaft sleeve. The positioning mechanism of the drilling fixture and the orientation and deviation of the guide element are calculated, and the clamping mechanism and positioning key are designed. Practice has proved that the drilling fixture is simple to operate, practical effect cessing for the same parts drilling fixture structure is good, to ensure the quality of the shaft sleeve pro- design reference.
