摘　　要： "阅读障碍症"是大脑综合处理视觉和听觉信息不能协调而引起的一种阅读和拼写障碍症。对阅读障碍群体开展服务应该纳入图书馆特殊群体服务之中。国外阅读障碍群体服务研究主要涉及服务的方法、服务对象的细分、服务的调查、服务的技术条件等。我国图书馆对阅读障碍症人群开展服务应该从五个方面进行:培养馆员的服务意识和能力,开展专业知识和服务的宣传,提供友好的服务设施和环境,发挥服务指南和制度的作用,推进对阅读障碍群体服务的研究。 Dyslexia is a disorder characterized by difficulty with reading and writing. It is caused by incapability of the brain process and coordination with visual and hearing information. The service focusing on Dyslexia people should become a part of services provided by the library to disabled people. Dyslexia-concemed study in other countries mainly includes service modes, patron classification, survey, and technology. Chinese library services for dyslexia group should focus on five aspects： cultivating the librarians＇ awareness and ability, propagating relevance knowledge and service, providing user friendly service facility and environment, utilizing service guidelines and policies, promoting research on library service to the dyslexia group. 1 tab. 29 refs.
