摘　　要： 对30所英国大学图书馆网站的阅读障碍症群体服务信息进行调查,结合政策、信息文本和服务实践进行分析,研究其系统服务,总结出系统服务的主要内容:制定法规和政策;提供针对性的服务指南;开发特殊的服务资源;推出多样的服务项目;提供信息技术支撑;指定专门的服务人员;开展合作与推广。这些经验为我国图书馆开展此项服务提供了有益启示。 Based on the survey of 30 academic library websites with information on services to people with dyslexia in United Kingdom, combined with analysis on policy, information and practice, this paper summarizes main contents of the services, including making laws and policies, providing targeted service guidelines, developing special service resources, launching varieties of service programs, providing IT supports, designating specific librarians, and developing cooperation and promotion. All the experiences provide useful inspiration for Chinese libraries.
