摘 要: 学前教师的专业发展水平对幼儿的身心发展产生直接的影响,也是衡量学前办学质量的重要标尺。结合新时期的政策精神和学前教师的专业特性,学前教师的专业发展阶段可界定为准师型、新手型、熟手型和专家型等四个阶段。在此基础上分析各个阶段的特征和相应的提升策略——准师型阶段要夯实专业基础;新手型阶段要顺利完成学生到教师的角色转换;熟手型阶段要走出职业高原困境;专家型阶段要实现专业自主发展。 Preschool teachers' professional development has direct impact on children's physical and mental development,and their professional quality determines the quality of pre-school education. According to the policy of the new era with the professional characteristics of preschool teachers,the article defines preschool teacher's professional development stages as being a quasi-teacher,a novice teacher,a master teacher and an expert teacher and so on. In the quasi-teacher stage,it is required to have good theoretical and practical professional reserve; In the novice teacher stage,the role transition from student to teacher should be successfully completed. In the novice teacher stage,teachers should try to get out of the career plateau; In the expert teacher stage,it is suggested to achieve independent professional development.
