摘 要: 专业理想是人对从事专业的一种向往和追求,是指导人们行动的精神动力。培育学前教师专业理想对推进新时代学前教育改革与发展、提升幼儿园的管理成效以及促进教师个人的专业成长具有重要的意义。需要从主客观层面上提高教师的专业认同、强化教师的专业伦理和实现教师的专业自主三个方面培养学前教师的专业理想。 The professional ideal is a kind of yearning and pursuit of the professional,which is the spiritual driving force to guide people's action. Preschool teachers' professional ideal has the vital significance for educational reform and development of new age,the effective management of kindergarten and teachers' professional development,which needs to improve teachers ' professional identity,strengthen teacher 's professional ethics and the realization of teachers' professional autonomy.
