摘　　要： 樊骏先生作为第二代中国现代文学学者的杰出代表,在总结第一代中国现代文学学者的学术经验的同时,积极参与中国现代文学学科的学术队伍建设。他在发现和扶植第三、四代中国现代文学学者的过程中功不可没。他还积极地捐助资金促进中国现代文学研究的发展,为中国现代文学学科的发展作出了巨大的贡献。 Fan Jun, as an outstanding representative figure of the second generation of scholars, summed up the first generation of scholars＇ academic experience .Meanwhile, he actively participated in the construction of the modern literature academic team. He did a great deed in the process of finding and developing the third and fourth generation of scholars. He also actively contributed funds to promote the development of the studies on Modern Chinese literature. This article tries to comb through Fan Jun＇ s communications with several generation of scholars to explain his academic contribution.
