摘　　要： 当下人类文明进入了一个前所未有的临界状态,构建人类普惠新文明是文明危机状态下的必然选择,文明通鉴是基础,思想通约是关键。思想通约是不同思想的价值契约,是差异价值的缓冲机制和交流原则,也是走向人类普惠新文明的逻辑工具和必由路径。思想通约的关键一是建构全人类不同思想体系融合互补的通约机制,二是建构适应信息时代要求的普适性思想逻辑工具。在普适性逻辑工具的建构中,贯通东西方哲学逻辑底层的元范畴“界”有着特别重要的意义作用,因为“界”以对世界万物性与数、质与量的最初界分开启了认知世界的第一步,并贯穿哲学认知全过程。从“界”的逻辑起点出发,融通人类既有的认知思维和学科体系,构建开放统一的基质性逻辑秩序和通用性逻辑工具,才有可能形成通约性的价值系统及其度量标尺,才有可能将人类不同文明的思想成果和价值追求融通为差异统一的共同体,才有可能构建一种不同价值缓冲共融、协调共享的人类普惠新文明。 At present,human cilization is in an unprecedented critical state.The construction of a new civilization for mankind is a necessary choice when human civilization is in crisis,to which exchange and mutual learming are the foundation and the commensurability of ideas is the key.The commensurability of ideas is a value contract of different ideas,a buffer mechanism and communication principle of different values,and a logical tool and a ncessary path to a new civilization for mankind.The key to commensurability of ideas is to construct a commensurability mechanism that integrates and complements different ideologies and to construct a universal ideological logic tool that meets the requirements of the information age.In the construction of universal logic tools,"boundary",the meta-category and metatool at the basis of Eastem and Westem philosophical logic plays a particularly important role,because"boundary"first drew a line between nature and number,quality and quantity,which enabled humans to take the frst step of understanding the world,and the concept of“boundary”runs through the whole process of philosophical cognition.Starting from the logical starting point of"boundary",integrating the cognitive thinking and disciplinary system of mankind,and building an open and unified matrix logic system and universal logic tools,humans are likely to form a commensurate value system and its measurements,to integrate the ideological achievements and value pursuits of different civilizations into a unified community of differences,and to build a new inclusive human civilization of harmonious integration of different values.
