摘　　要： 随着快速城市化时代的到来,告别传统的城市管理、走向新型的城市治理已经成为了破解城市发展困境、实现城市良性运行的必然趋势,而广州正迎合了当前这股城市管理变革的潮流,在城市管理模式转型的实践与创新方面做了一次良好的尝试。通过对新时期广州城市治理转型实践的深入分析与思考,阐明其理论价值和现实意义,并针对其不足之处加以提升完善。同时以"同德围模式"为基础,建立了一个更为规范化、制度化的理论框架,以期为广州城市治理转型工作的后续开展以及今后更为广泛的城市治理实践提供一些借鉴和参考。 With the coming of the rapid urbanization era, it has become an inevitable trend that the traditional urban management moves towards a new urban governance, in order to crack the plight of urban development and realize the city＇ s benign operation. And Guangzhou has catered to this current trend of changing city management, making a good attempt in the transformation and innovation of the urban management mode. This essay makes an in -depth analysis to the transformation practice of Guangzhou＇ s urban governance in the new period, illuminating its theoretical value and realistic significance, and aiming to improve its deficiencies. At the same time, this essay establishes a more standardized and institutionalized theoretical framework on the basis of Dongdewei Mode, thereby providing some reference for the subsequent works of Guangzhou＇ s urban governance transformation and much more widely urban governance practice in the future.
