摘　　要： 民营经济作为我国国民经济机体中最具有活力和生命力的一个亮点 ,已成为支撑和推动经济增长的重要力量。在经历了长时间的高速发展之后 ,随着对外开放改革步伐的加快 ,正面临着一系列引人注目的问题。如何借助民营经济新的发展机遇 ,发挥民营经济在提升国家竞争力中的作用 ,可以从其发展目标定位、制度创新。 The private economy has already become an important factor to the development of the national economy, and now, it is facing a series of problems. This essay tries to put forward some points to solve them, and more importantly, to advance our national advantage in the world.
